This page lists everything GenAI Security Finder sets or reads in your browser, based on the site's own code. In short: no cookies, one functional storage key, and font requests to Google.
Local storage
- gsf-checklist-v1: functional. Stores which items you ticked on the AI usage policy checklist. It is set only when you tick an item, is kept on your device until you clear it, and is never sent to us. The Clear my ticks button on the checklist removes it.
Google Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser sends these requests directly to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. The site's code does not set or read any cookie through these requests.
How to control cookies and storage
Every major browser lets you see and delete cookies and site data, usually under Settings, then Privacy or Site data. Clearing site data for genaisecurityfinder.com removes the checklist key. You can also block storage for the site; the checklist then works for the current visit only. Private or incognito windows discard storage when they close.
